Nanjing Lanpucheng New Materials Co., Ltd. was established in January 2003, with a registered capital of 222.5 million yuan, located in Nanjing Jiangning High-tech Park, is one of the domestic companies with rich practical experience in polyester film research and development, polyester film production, BOPET equipment design and improvement, coating deep processing four integrated, mainly engaged in special film production, film research and development and deep processing. The competitive advantage is obvious.
The company is one of the first domestic manufacturers to introduce polyester film production line, completely rely on their own technical strength to transform the annual output of 4,000 tons of polyester thin film production line into an annual output of 10,000 tons of thick film production line, unique at home and abroad. In 2004, the first three-layer co-extruded polyester film production line with a width of 5.2 meters independently designed in China was put into operation. In 2012, it was the first to complete the research and development of reflectors and achieve mass production to the market. In 2018, the company launched the 90,000 tons optical film project to build the largest production capacity and the most advanced technology optical film production base in China, and to achieve mass production in the third quarter of 2020.
The company has several production lines as below: two polyester film lines with a production capacity of 20,000 tons/year, three coating lines with production capacity of 3000 tons/year; one optical polyester film production line under construction, with a capacity of 40,000 tons/year, and 5 coating lines with production capacity 5000 tons/year. The company has complete industrial production. It is the first to enter the field of optical film in China. Reflective film is widely used in TV, LCD backlight module, fully reached the same level abroad. Other products such as blue film, porcelain white film, solar backplane film, silicone oil release film and other products are at the leading level in China. All products are independently developed, with more than 30 related patents, is a high-tech enterprise in Jiangsu Province.
