Runxin Microelectronics (Dalian) Co., Ltd. is a semiconductor high-tech enterprise jointly invested by Dalian Hesheng Holding Group Co., Ltd. and China Resources Microelectronics, focusing on the technology development and product application of third-generation semiconductor materials and electronic components. The company's predecessor Dalian Core Crown Technology Co., Ltd. was founded in Dalian High-tech Zone on March 17, 2016 by the overseas return team. The company adopts the integrated design and manufacturing (IDM) business model, mainly engaged in the research and development, design, production and sales of silicon-based gallium nitride epitaxial materials and electronic components. The products are mainly used in the three directions: power supply, motor and battery which covering power management, solar inverter, new energy vehicles and high-end motor drives and other technology industries. 

In March 2019, the company released the first domestic 650 volt silicon-based gallium nitride power device product, and its performance has reached the international leading level. In the RF field, the products are positioned for the RF communication and RF energy market below 10GHz.
